The Bostonian's new company, Experience: CHOCOLATE™, offers private chocolate tastings for home and corporate events, where guests get a crash course in how to taste, analyze and rate quality chocolate.

The best part? Once the tasting's done, you won't be left chocolate-less, as Oakley offers her own brand of gourmet boxed chocolates. Boxes go for between $20 and $35 and range in category from chocolates that pair well with wine to just an old-fashioned box of milk chocolate.
